Notice of Summer Maintenance

Please be advised that production will be temporarily suspended during the following period due to scheduled maintenance:

Friday, August 1 – Sunday, August 31

During regular tours, visitors can usually observe the production process. However, please note that no production activity will take place during this maintenance period, as the equipment will not be in operation.

Tours will still be available as usual during this time, and reservations are being accepted.

Production is scheduled to resume on Monday, September 1, with distillation expected to begin on Saturday, September 6.

If you plan to book a tour during the maintenance period, we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
