This small-batch limited edition features KANOSUKE’s signature “ex-shochu re-charred Cask" finished in two distinct types of Double IPA(DIPA) casks. The powerful hop influence of the DIPA casks brings a new vibrancy to KANOSUKE’s rich and deep character. The contrast between these two DIPA casks—one heavy, one light—adds refreshing layers of honey and lime to our signature mellowness. Additionally, a "Wa" (Japanese) accent of Nikki (Japanese cinnamon), derived from the shochu casks, harmoniously binds the sweetness with a gentle hop bitterness, creating a beautifully defined flavour profile. The fusion of two craft worlds. An unprecedented taste experience.
