KANOSUKE HIOKI POT STILL
New style of Japanese whisky inspired by Irish pot still whisky.
Made at Hioki distillery by using un-malted barley and malted barley, mashed and fermented in a unique process.
The spirit is then distilled in pot stills, the same type used in shochu production.
The whisky is finished by vatting together spirits aged in new American white oak casks and bourbon barrels.
Enjoy a robust yet gentle flavour.
