Sherry cask component. Adding depth and dimension to our flavour.

Matured in ex-Sherry casks, with aroma of raisins, fresh plums, and a faint smoke, with a gentle grape sweetness and a hint of citrus acidity.

Balanced acidity and lingering sweetness of raisins.
