Re-charred ex-shochu cask component. The backbone of our flavour.

Matured in re-charred ex-shochu casks, with aromas of baked apples and custard cake, ginger spice on the palate, with juicy white peach that lingers on the finish.

Rich sweetness of ripe fruits with nuance of Japanese spice.
